Flitwick Village Hall is quite a large village hall with a foyer entrance, stage and canteen. It is therefore possible to have around 35 stallholders at each Fair. This is a popular fair, and stalls are booked on a first come, first served basis. As with all of our fairs, regular stallholders are given first choice to re-book their stalls for the following month. You must book in advance - casual pitches are not available on the day.

Prices for 2011 are:

£28 for a single stall (1 village hall type table) or £40 for a double stall (2 tables).

The tables provided by the Village Hall are approx 6' in length. For a plan of the hall click here. Electricity can be provided to all stalls but you will need to bring your own extension leads from the socket provided.

Set up is from 7 am and once the doors are open dealers can come in to buy. There is a £1 charge to the public for entry after 9 am. No charge is made for children. The fair closes at 4 pm and you cannot pack up before that time.

There are canteen facilities available on site selling everything from full English breakfasts to home-made cakes. Food can be eaten on the tables provided or at your stall. Chairs are provided to all stalls.

There is a large car park to the back of the Village Hall. Parking for unloading is flat through the front entrance and there is one low wide step through the 2 entrances directly into the hall so there is no problem using trolleys.
