There are a wide variety of stall sizes available to suit all budgets. We cater for the many types of antiques and collectables which dealers want to sell by offering stalls from a single table for expensive jewellery or silver to a large room for furniture.
We offer first choice of stalls for the next Fair to existing stallholders so once you find a spot that you like you can be confident that you can keep it for as long as you want it - or you can upgrade to a larger space if one becomes available.

Prices for the Fair range from £60 for a single table to £200 for a large room. Outside stalls are available from £60 for a minimum 12' space and larger caravan or market stall pitches are also available. All prices quoted are for the 2 day fair - they are not a daily rate.
One 6' table and one chair are included in the cost of single stalls and two 6' tables and two chairs are included in the cost of double stalls and rooms. Where they will fit, extra tables can be rented at £5 each for the two days (subject to availability) or you are welcome to bring your own.
All inside stalls are provided with one electric socket - some rooms have more. You will need to bring extension leads and lights for your stall if you want to highlight your stock. Whilst there is some natural light from windows and doors all rooms and stables benefit from electric illumination. All electric lights and extensions must be in good condition and halogen lights are limited to 2 per stall.
We are now offering outside pitches for stallholders who have their own market stall or similar. We do not provide any tables, chairs, electricity or shelter to outside stalls. Pitches are at least 12' long and are dotted about the site between the indoor stalls to provide a good flow of customers, and also in the Three Acre Field. There are also larger pitches available in the Three Acre Field for those with large vehicles who cannot get into the courtyard. Pitches will be marked out on the day and you can basically set up as you want within your designated area. You can only use tent pegs on the caravan pitches not in the courtyard or stable block areas as the ground is too hard.
New for August 2013 we had a covered market stall area in the stable block. These are undercover outside market stalls which can spill out into the outside area. On a bad day stalls can be set up to serve under cover and on a good day stalls can spill outside in a colourful display of antique and vintage items, Stalls cost from £90 for both days.
Inside stallholders can set up between 1 pm and 5 pm on the Saturday before the Fair or from 6.30 am on the Sunday morning. Doors open to the public at 10 am - trade buyers are admitted earlier. Outside stallholders in the courtyard and stableblock area can only set up on Sunday morning to allow inside stallholders unloading access on Saturday. If you are an inside stallholder setting up on Sunday morning you may not be able to get your vehicle as close to your stall as you can on Saturday afternoon. Outside stallholders on the caravan area can set up on Saturday afternoon if they wish as they will not be restricting access to any other stalls.
Stalls in the main stable block do not have any steps up to them. Stalls in the Tudor House and some of the courtyard stalls have one or two steps . The floors in the Tudor House are uneven but other floors are fine.
If your vehicle is a transit van/small furniture van size or smaller you can park in the stable block area to unload, however, large vehicles will not be able to get under the arch. Long vehicles cannot access the courtyard due to a narrow turn.
