The auction is held at Moreton Pinkney Village Hall, Northamptonshire on the third Saturday of each month with viewing available on the Friday evening prior to the auction. Road signs will be placed on nearby roads on the Friday and Saturday of the auction.

From Northampton on the A5 approx half way between Towcester and Weedon take the turning to Litchborough (old road to Banbury). Continue through Litchborough, Maidford and Cannon's Ashby to Moreton Pinkney. The Village Hall is in the centre of Moreton Pinkney on the right hand side behind the bus shelter and up a slight rise, and will be signposted on the days of the auction.

From Banbury take the B4525 to Silverstone and Northampton. Turn left just before the speed camera to Thorpe Mandeville and continue on this road to Moreton Pinkney. The Village Hall is in the centre of Moreton Pinkney on the left hand side behind the bus shelter and up a slight rise, and will be signposted on the days of the auction.
